Becoming a certified partner is not a form you fill in. Our technical team travelled to A-dec headquarters in Oregon for an intensive week of hands-on training on the current product range and passed the manufacturer’s technical examination.
For your clinic this means A-dec equipment is installed, adjusted and serviced the way the factory intended: with genuine parts, documented procedures and technicians who know the units inside out. Everything is done in line with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, so your schedule and your patients stay protected.

What does “A-dec Certified Partner” mean for my clinic?
It means our technicians completed A-dec’s hands-on training at the manufacturer’s headquarters in Newberg, Oregon, and passed its technical examination. Your A-dec equipment is installed and serviced to factory procedures with genuine parts, in line with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Do you only work with A-dec equipment?
No. A-dec is our certified specialty, but we repair and maintain dental chairs and units from other manufacturers, as well as compressors, suction systems, autoclaves and X-ray units. If we are not the right people for a specific device, we will tell you.
How quickly can you come to my clinic?
That depends on your location and the fault. We confirm a realistic date when you contact us and keep to it. Clinics with a maintenance contract receive priority scheduling.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We plan preventive visits around your schedule, document each one and give contract clients priority when something unexpected happens. Ask for a proposal tailored to the number of units you have.
Can you equip a new clinic from scratch?
Yes. We advise on equipment selection, coordinate the connections with your builders, install and commission the units and train your team. Through VSTech we can also take care of electrical work, networking, CCTV and alarms.
